Smoked salmon and cream cheese terrine, pickled cucumber, red pepper dressing
MAINS
Corn-fed chicken breast, truffle swede mash, crispy kale, tarragon jus
DESSERT
Warm cherry strudel, chocolate cream, pumpkin seed brittle

7.30pm Dinner (first two courses) in the Mary Beale Restaurant
8.45pm Concert (first half) in Lancaster room
9.30pm Dessert, coffee and petits fours in the Mary Beale Restaurant
10.15pm Concert (second half) in Lancaster room
10.50pm Tea and coffee with the artists in the front lounge
