The menu, by Executive Chef Wayne Turner, takes the best of the Burgundy tradition, and is matched by fine wines with every course with a guest speaker from Anthony Byrne Fine Wines and live piano music during dinner. NB: Exact growers and vintages will be confirmed closer to the time.
