Dear Andrew,

My company was at your hotel last week for 2 days and I can honestly say it was absolutely perfect. We had a meeting last Thursday and an overnight stay with a further meeting on Friday.

The service at both lunch and dinner was excellent. Particularly at dinner! The food was great. Having recently been to a hotel in Gerard's Cross where we all found the food to be very bland. The rooms were nice too and seeing as we all checked in at once we weren't waiting for ages to obtain our keys. I had lunch outside on the patio on Friday as it was a beautiful day and again I couldn't fault anything. I will definitely be using your facilities again. Thank you to you and your team.

It's not often that people thank you and tend to only contact you to complain so I thought I'd drop you an email. I work in an industry where we receive complaints as we dig up the roads, but we have to carry out our essential gas works so when we receive letters of thank you, it makes all the hard work worth while.
