Once we knew there was an issue with staffing it was absolutely not a problem, at first we thought we were being ignored. We thoroughly enjoyed our dinner (you may have been able to tell!) and our stay at the Hotel. I showed your email to the others and they also think it is possibly the best customer service they have ever received. Thank you for all your hard work on Saturday.
