The Mary Beale Restaurant at West Lodge Park Hotel launches its new Spring menu.

The all-new Spring menu has just been launched at the Mary Beale restaurant, with a mouth-watering selection of dishes on offer for lucky diners from May onwards.

The restaurant, located in West London’s prestigious West Lodge Park Hotel, has become renowned in recent decades for offering residents and visitors alike the opportunity to experience freshly sourced ingredients from local producers.

This year, with starters including Watermelon and Green Papaya Salad, alongside Seared King Scallops and smoked cauliflower purée, is looking like being the best menu yet.

For Executive Chef Wayne Turner, it’s all about creating a menu that’s filled with the freshness of spring, while bringing back a few familiar favourites, to create something for everyone.

That’s why you’ll find the likes of line caught wild sea bass with asparagus, peas, broad beans, crushed Jersey Royals and a white wine sauce, alongside vegetarian favourites like sweet potato & cauliflower curry inspired by traditional dishes from the Indian state of Kerala. Of course, diners will still be able to enjoy some true Mary Beale classics, like the roast rump of lamb.

We want to keep the food fresh and interesting for our diners,” says Andrew Beale, Managing Director at West Lodge Park Hotel. “Some people have been coming here for years, and we want to keep their favourites on the menu, but we thought it was time to introduce some new dishes too. Inspired by the fresh ingredients and aromatic flavours of spring, we can’t wait to share the new menu with our guests.

Chef Wayne Turner adds: “We are delighted to be launching this fantastic Spring menu. Our new selection truly reflects the season, and treats fine, local produce with respect. It’s been a delight testing the menu in house, and I can’t wait to see our guests’ responses when they see what’s on offer.
