3 Course Festive Menu

The festive menu consists of a choice of three starters, three main courses and three desserts, with coffee and mini mince pies to follow. In the Mary Beale Restaurant there are one or two course options available for those people who may not desire the full three courses. Please advise of any special dietary requirements at the time of booking. For Private Parties or Gala Nights we require a full pre order for every person 7 days prior to the event.

Tarragon cream, celeriac crisps

Salmon gravadlax, Rye bread, pickled cucumber, Dijon crème fraîche

Chicken liver parfait, fig and apple chutney, ciabatta toast

Roast turkey breast, sage stuffing, bacon-wrapped chipolatas, roast potatoes, honey glazed parsnips, Brussels sprouts, crushed swede and carrot, cranberry sauce, turkey jus and bread sauce

Sea bass fillet, winter greens, crushed new potatoes, dill and caviar sauce

Red onion and vegan cheese tarte tatin, crushed carrot and swede, new potatoes
